"The b**b incident":

It seems that the Nurse was "nursing" baby Juliet (as all good Nurses should do). The Nurse had rubbed something called "wormwood" on her, um, breast. It was apparently time to "wean" the baby away from the natural milk, and this wormwood stuff must have had a really nasty, bad taste. The infant Juliet pushed off of the breast, and fell face-down onto the floor. The Nurse's husband then picked up the baby Juliet, and remarked: "Dost thou fall upon thy face? Thou wilt fall backward when thou hast more wit!" (In other words, when you come of age, you will be lying upon your back...) The Nurse thinks this is terribly funny. I doubt if the baby agreed.
