Why does Tybalt run? It could be the confusion of the moment. It may be that he realizes that he has killed a man. It may be that he realizes that he has killed a nephew to the Prince, and somebody's gonna be pretty angry. It also could be that he simply needs a breather, before the second fight, which should commence very shortly...
