The Nurse thinks Paris is the better "match":
Earlier, the Nurse seemed to praise Romeo, and even thought that that
relationship was somehow blessed (see Act II, Scene 4, lines 194-205). Now,
she tells Juliet "I think you are happy in this second match, for it excels
your first." (Lines 234-235). The Nurse has obviously changed her mind, or
she is two-faced. Or, more probably, both.
